How are Prentice associates compensated?
In addition to clinical supervision, professional development support, and office space, you will also earn a percentage of all revenue generated through your clinical work at Prentice.

What support is offered to Prentice associates during and after the Prenticeship?
It is the mission of Prentice to offer premier training in the art of psychotherapy private practice. Our goal is to make your practice succeed. As such, we offer our associates one-on-one support in all aspects of practice building. During the prenticeship, you will meet weekly with Erin and/or Rachel for clinical supervision and for professional development. After the prenticeship, the formal supervision ends but the relationship and mentorship continues.

As a Prentice associate, how will I  get patient referrals, and how many client hours per week will I carry?
Prentice will actively assist associates in patient referrals and retention. We begin the experience by offering referrals to you.  We also spend the year teaching you how to create your own referral base so that by the end of the Prenticeship, you will have created your own stream of referrals.

Do I have to be licensed to participate in the bootcamp or Prenticeship?
No! In fact, if you are not yet licensed, Prentice will offer tools and guidance to assist you through the licensure process.

I’m already in private practice. Can I still benefit from bootcamp?
Yes! Bootcamp is appropriate for clinicians in all phases of practice development. While the bootcamp will help participants with the initial phases of a practice launch, the overall focus is on how to design or redesign your practice for sustained professional success and fulfillment.

At the end of my Prenticeship training, can I take my patients with me into my own practice?
Yes! In fact, that’s the goal and model of Prentice. Unlike traditional group practices, Prentice does not have a non-compete policy for our prentices. You will end the training experience with all the tools and client base needed to launch seamlessly into your solo practice!
